Job title: Data Quality and Online Operations Executive

Report to Research Senior Manager
 

Job Description

We seek a detail-oriented and proactive project manager – data quality and operations to oversee end-to-end project execution, including quota control, timing management, incentive administration, and data quality assurance. The ideal candidate will be crucial in ensuring seamless project workflows, optimizing data accuracy, and testing the logic of survey and questionnaire structures to enhance research outcomes.
 

Key responsibilities

 

Project management and execution

• Manage the full lifecycle of research projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor fieldwork progress, tracking quotas and response rates to ensure balanced data collection.
• Oversee survey programming, including scripting checks and logic validation to guarantee data integrity.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize research efficiency and execution.
 

Quota control and timing management

• Design and implement quota management strategies to ensure representative sampling.
• Continuously track and adjust quotas based on real-time data collection insights.
• Manage timelines and ensure timely delivery of research projects by mitigating delays and optimizing workflow efficiency.
 

Survey logic testing and questionnaire validation

• Conduct pre-launch survey logic, routing, and question sequence testing to enhance respondent experience.
• Collaborate with research teams to refine questionnaire structures and eliminate potential biases.
• Ensure smooth data flow by validating survey logic against research objectives.
 

Incentive management and compliance

• Develop incentive structures that align with respondent engagement goals while staying within budget.
• Track incentive distribution and monitor response patterns to optimize participation rates.
• Ensure compliance with incentive policies and maintain transparency in reward distribution.
 

Data quality assurance and logical data checks

• Monitor data quality by conducting in-depth analysis to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and outliers.
• Perform logical data checks to validate survey responses and ensure reliability in research findings.
• Automate data cleaning processes using VBA, Python, or SQL tools to improve efficiency.
• Implement quality control measures to detect fraudulent or inconsistent responses in surveys.
 

Experience required

At least 2 years of experience in market research, operations, and online survey management.
 

Competencies required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create and present insights effectively.
• Experience working with SPSS, SQL, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Experience working with survey platforms (Alchemer, Survey To Go, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Confirmit, etc.) is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of running ads on social media platforms or working with advertising agencies is advantageous.
 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
